Food Chick Tip of the day

Today’s Chick Tip…..Do you love grilled corn on the cob but don’t own a grill? No worries, let your oven do the work for you. Husk your corn, spray with butter or your favorite oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt and parsley. Roast in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes and you will have amazing corn!

BONUS TIP…try fresh cilantro and cayenne pepper for a little kick!
