Food Chick Tip

Today’s Chick Tip…..One of my favorite summertime ADULT beverages, the Mojito! So delicious and refreshing and great for your summer party – whip up a quick batch by following this very easy recipe.

In a cocktail glass muddle one lime wedge, one teaspoon of sugar, ten Mojito mint leaves and a splash of club soda. Top with ice and add one and a half ounces of your favorite clear rum. Shake, strain into a glass filled with ice. Top glass with club soda and garnish with a sprig of Mojito mint.

BONUS TIP…..make a large batch and keep serve in a pitcher…..use two whole limes, one half cup sugar, forty minty leaves and half a bottle of your favorite clear rum. Do not add ice until serving otherwise it will be watered down.
