Today’s Chick Tip…..We all have different lifestyles. Weight loss is different for everyone. The key to finding what works for you is experimentation. The two common factors are diet and exercise. Find what works for you and enjoy the ride!
I have been using my Nutri-Bullet for four weeks, once a day five days a week. I have discovered my favorite concoction; organic spinach and blueberries, cantaloupe, banana, almond milk and either chia meal or hemp hearts (sometimes both).
I have noticed a reduction in my fluid retention as well as increased energy levels. In addition I have opted to make my mid afternoon meal the largest meal of the day on most days.
For exercise my goal is five hours of cardio a week with three days of weight training. I mix up my workouts with walking, rowing, hula hooping, circuit and core work. This week I will begin Body Flow classes at my gym.
To date I have lost eight pounds and am six pounds away from my first target weight. I will set my next goal after that.
The key for me is to keep it changing, no monotony.
