Food Chick tip 5/14/14

Today’s Chick Tip…..my new favorite egg salad…..mix four hard boiled eggs with one avocado and season with salt and pepper (I used lemon pepper and basil salt). Served today on a warm corn tortilla with baby spinach, tomato and just a tad bit of shredded cheese. The easy fruit salad is a kiwi, clementine and a strawberry!

BONUS TIP…..when storing the egg salad place the avocado seed in the container to keep it green!
