Food Chick Tip of the day 5/12/14

When you go out dinner stick to your diet by asking for half of your dinner in a to go box before it even gets to the table. This way you won’t be tempted to eat the whole thing at once AND you have lunch already prepared for the next day!

My Mother’s Day dinner, Mahi Mahi topped with a crab lemon caper sauce with roasted asparagus.
