Today’s Chick Tip…..Looking for something to snack on? Pass up the chips and dip and reach for your fruit bowl. Keep the bowl front and center in your kitchen for a nice reminder of how easy it is to eat healthy! Where’s the banana you ask? I ate the last one for breakfast this morning!
BONUS TIP – Be sure to get the most juice out of your orange by rolling it between the counter and your hand to release the juices and make peeling easier.
