Today’s BACON Tip…..There are all sorts of bacon varieties out there to try. One of my favorite types of bacon is Prosciutto, a dry cured Italian bacon. It is sliced almost paper thin in most applications as it it very salty.
My favorite way to serve it is wrapped around grilled asparagus. Simply grill your asparagus and wrap it around from the base to about 1.5″ from the tip. If your Prosciutto is wide, slice it in half length wise. A little goes a long way.
BONUS TIP…If your deli has it fresh sliced go for that option rather than pre-packaged.
