Today’s BACON Tip…..Today’s tip comes from the kitchens of the Food Network – BACON SALT!
Place your cooked bacon in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Place on paper towels.and blot out excess oil. Combine the bacon and your favorite salt, using your fingers, until incorporated.
BONUS CHICK TIP…..If you do not have a food processor place bacon on a cutting board and fine dice using a chef knife. Go back and forth in a half moon motion to desired consistency.
