Food Chick Tip of the day 4/17/14

Today’s Chick Tip…..Bean dips are a great snack but they also a fantastic spread for sandwiches and wraps. Try this two minute recipe and keep it in your refrigerator for up to a week. One can each white beans and artichoke hearts in water (drained), one tablespoon lemon juice, three cloves garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Combine in food processor to desired consistency.
