Today’s Chick Tip…..Looking for a nice crunch on top of your salad or sandwich that is not a crouton or a pickle? Try this homemade topping – slice mini bell peppers in rounds and put them in a jar with crushed red pepper and rice wine .vinegar Let them sit for twelve hours and they are good to go! Will last for up to one month in your refrigerator. Added plus for your salad, you don’t need salad dressing!
